Shipping policy

KIM OF THE WORLD Drop shipping Art Store and Products use the following vendors to provide products, the printing/manufacturing of said products, order processing and the service of shipping the product to customer:

  • Printify
  • Print KK

 

Printify

Products are shipped by Printify Location and subject to Printify Shipping Policy as adopted for this policy.

Orders with Standard Shipping may be upgraded to Priority if supported by the Print Provider. Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded. Express Delivery must be selected when placing the order—upgrades to Express are not available.

With Economy or Standard shipping, domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to the recipient’s address.

    Shipping & Production Policy

    Thank you for visiting and shopping with KIM OF THE WORLD Art Shop Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

    1. Production Time
    All our products are made-to-order. Because of this, it takes time to produce your items before they ship.

    Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days (average is 3 days).
    • Note: Production times may vary during peak seasons.

      Shipping Times
    Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. Estimated shipping times are:

    USA: 2–5 business days via standard shipping.

    Canada/International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination).

    Note: These are estimates, not guarantees.

     Shipping RatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer competitive rates based on our print provider partners.

    Shipping from Multiple Locations
    We work with various print providers. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. 

     Customs, Duties, and Taxes 
    KIM OF THE WORLD Art Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damaged/Lost Items
    If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will coordinate with our print provider for a replacement.

     Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.


    Print KK

    If your parcel is lost (Logistics stagnated for more than 30 days), or damaged, it shall be a logistics issue.

    PrintKK will give a full refund or resend.

    1. Parcel is lost during shipping.

    2. Logistic is not updated for 30 days.

    The logistics stagnation caused by political movement/natural disaster risk/military control/warfare/force majeure factors  and customs seizure are  not within the scope of responsibility.


    Fulfillment time refers to the time required to prepare and produce your order before shipment. It does not include shipping time.

    PrintKK is dedicated to processing orders as quickly as possible while maintaining 3 flexible shipping methods:


    Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days (most economical).

    • Fast Shipping: 7-12 business days.

    • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days (fastest).

    • Fulfillment/Production Time: Generally 5-12 days, though some items are produced in 48 hours.

    • Logistics Providers: DHL/FedEx for express, YUN/SF for standard.
    • Support & Policies: They do not accept returns but offer resends or refunds for issues.
    • Delays: Print KK offers a 2%–4% product price refund for each day an item is delayed, or a $10-$20 coupon for express shipping delays.
